Implementation

  1. Thaw the spinach in the refrigerator, then squeeze it well to remove excess water.
  2. Prepare the quiche batter by mixing eggs with cream, flour, and milk, then season to taste.
  3. Add the drained spinach, the still-frozen Edo®, and grated Emmental cheese.
  4. Blind-bake the shortcrust pastry shells for 10 minutes at 180 °C, pour in the filling, and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 °C.
