1. Data Controller
This policy describes how EDONIA, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 949 848 907, with its principal place of business located at Marché d’Intérêt National, 110 Quai de Paludate, 33800 Bordeaux, France (“EDONIA,” “we”), collects and processes the personal data of visitors to the Site.

2. Data Collected
We collect only the data that you provide to us or that is generated by your browsing activity:
- Contact/Tasting Reservation Form: last name, first name, company, job title, work email address, phone number, message.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via the cookies described in Section 7.
This website is intended for a professional audience. No sensitive data is collected, and no data is collected without your knowledge for purposes other than those described below.
3. Purposes, Legal Bases, and Retention Periods
- Processing of contact requests and tasting reservations. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest. Retention period: 3 years after the last contact.
- Business relationship management and B2B lead generation. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention period: 3 years after the last contact.
- Website traffic measurement. Legal basis: consent. Retention period: 13 months (cookies), 25 months (statistics).
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
4. Recipients and Subcontractors
Your data is accessible only to EDONIA teams authorized to process your request. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Webflow, Inc. (United States): Website hosting and form collection.
- CRM Folk
5. Transfers Outside the European Union
Since the Site is hosted by Webflow, Inc., certain data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is governed by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR, including Webflow’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
