Implementation

  1. Make gyoza dough using flour, cornstarch, and salt, then gradually add water until you have a soft dough.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling by cooking the carrots, then sautéing the garlic and onion.
  4. Mix with Edo®, scallions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  5. Roll out the dough, cut out circles, fill them, and shape the gyozas.
  6. Brown them for 2 to 3 minutes, add a little water, cover, and continue steaming for 5 to 6 minutes.
